Welcome to Trial Bench Tourism. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation
  • All bookings must be confirmed with accurate traveler information and full payment or agreed deposit.
  • Booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or invoice from Trial Bench Tourism.
2. Payments
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other agreed method.
  • Full payment is typically required before the start of any service unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:
    1. More than 7 days before service: Full refund minus processing fees.
    2. 3-7 days before service: 50% refund.
    3. Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund.
  • Tickets and some activity bookings may be non-refundable as per provider policy.
4. Amendments
  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Trial Bench Tourism reserves the right to modify itineraries or services due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
5. Travel Documents & Requirements
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
  • Trial Bench Tourism is not liable for any travel disruptions due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
  • While we take utmost care in providing quality service, Trial Bench Tourism is not responsible for:
    1. Delays or service failures caused by third-party providers.
    2. Loss or damage to personal belongings.
    3. Accidents, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances during tours or activities.
  • Clients are advised to obtain travel insurance.
7. Conduct & Safety
  • All clients are expected to behave responsibly and follow local laws and regulations during their travel.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in case of misconduct without refund.
8. Third-Party Services
  • Some tours, transportation, and tickets are offered through third-party suppliers.
  • We act as an agent and are not directly responsible for third-party service performance but will assist in case of issues.
9. Governing Law
